Member at Large
Role: Voting member of the Board of Directors with no specific responsibilities unless assigned on an as needed basis. (This position can be used as a training ground for specific Board positions.)
Responsibilities:
- Attend monthly Board meetings.
- Provide assistance for special projects.
- Be willing to get involved and learn new things. Have a positive attitude.
Time Commitment: Light
- Monthly Executive meetings
